Special Internet Rates Terms & Conditions: Terms & Conditions (13 June 2008 - 31 October 2008): Compulsory Gala Dinners Conditions:
- Compulsory Gala Dinner rates are inclusive of 7% government tax and 10% service charge.
- Payment is required in full upon reservation.
- Compulsory Gala Dinner rates for children 3-6 years old are charged at 50% of full rates.
- Infants 1 - 3 years, free of charge.
Minimum length of stay conditions:
- A minimum stay of 7 consecutive nights is required in Peak Season.
- A minimum stay of 3 consecutive nights is required all year round
- All rates given are exclusive of VAT 7% government tax and 10% service charge.
- All rates given are per room per night inclusive of 2 American Breakfasts.
- A bungalow is for 2 persons - an additional person (more than 6 years old) will be charged for extra bed. Three adults maximum per bungalow.
Family Policy:
- A third person more than 6 years old will be charged for extra bed.
- If no extra bed is needed for a child under 6 years old accompanying his parents, breakfast will be charged, payable directly to the hotel. Price is:
> 800 Baht per day during Peak Season
> 450 Baht per day for all other times.
- A second extra sofa-bed for a fourth child (under 6 years old) may be arranged in the Garden Villa rooms only. A surcharge of 1,000 Baht applies including ABF.
- Baby cot is free of charge.
Airport transfer: One way transfer between Samui airport and hotel at Baht 250 net per person. Children under 6 years old are FREE of charge.
Check in time/ check out time:
- Check-out time is 12:00 noon.
- Check-in time is 14:00.
We cannot guarantee early check-in but we will always do everything possible to assist including offering a temporary bungalow if (and only if) available.
Late check-out (up to 1 pm latest) will be given at no extra charge if that particular bungalow is not required the same day by incoming guest. If not possible, we will either offer another bungalow or failing that, we have changing and shower facilities as well as a secure luggage room.
Late check-out until 6 pm will be charged extra at 50% of room rate.

Extra beds: Low & Mid Season:
- First extra bed is charged with 1,300 Baht daily, inclusive ABF.
- The second extra bed is charged with 1,100 Baht daily, inclusive ABF.
- For children below the age of 6, if no extra bed is required, only a 450 Baht daily charge will be applied for Breakfast.
- Baby cots are free of charge
High & Peak Season:
- First extra bed is charged with 1,600 Baht daily, inclusive ABF.
- The second extra bed is charged with 1,250 Baht daily, inclusive ABF.
- For children below the age of 6, if no extra bed is required, only a 800 Baht daily charge will be applied for Breakfast.
- Baby cots are free of charge
Length of the stay: Peak Season (21st December 2008 until and including 10th January 2009): a minimum stay of 3 nights is required.
Compulsory Gala Dinners:
- Christmas Eve (24th December 2008): 4,700 Baht per person, 2,350 Baht for the children. Infants between 1-3 years are Free of charge.
- New Year’s Eve (31st December 2008): 5,900 Baht per person, 2,950 Baht for the children. Infants between 1-3 years are Free of charge.
Compulsory Gala Dinners Conditions:
> Compulsory Gala Dinner rates are inclusive of 7% government tax and 10% service charge.
> Payment is required in full prepaid upon reservation confirmed.
> Beverages are not included in the rates.
Pickup Transfer from/to Samui Airport by private car or coach:
Available, upon request, at 250 Baht per person, per way. Children below the age of 12 are FREE of charge.
Checkin & Checkout time: Checkin time is from 2:00 p.m. Early check‐ins are subject to availability. In order to guarantee an early check‐in a pre‐registration is required. Checkout time is within 12:00 p.m. (noon) Late check‐outs are subject to availability and cannot be confirmed in advance. In order to guarantee a late check‐out (6:00 p.m.) a 50% of the daily room rate will be requested.
