- Rates are inclusive of breakfast, 10% service charge and 7% government VAT.
- Extra bed or 3rd person in room surcharge:
- High and Low Season: Adult 500 Baht / Child (2 - 12 years old) 300 Baht (except for Suites)
- Peak Season: Adult 1,000 Baht / Child 500 Baht
- Family Bungalow or Family Hotel Suite: extra bed or 5th person in room surcharge is same rate as above
- Breakfast is for registered guests only, any additional guest's breakfast will be billed to the room.
- Late check out until 17:00 hrs surcharge 500 Baht per room.
- Discounts for travel agents, travel trade and airline staff (ID required).
- 10% discount for repeat guests.
- One guest is entitled to only one discount type; Discounts are not valid for peak season.
- Special discount available depending on occupancy or duration of stay. In the case of Long Stay discount, if the guest departs earlier than 10 nights the guest will be charged the full room rate.
- Please note that there is an additional charge of 3% for all credit card payments.
- Compulsory Gala Dinners will be added to the final bill.
Airport Transfer:
- 1 or 2 persons: 400 baht per way
- 3 or 4 persons: 500 baht per way
- 5 - 8 persons: 600 baht per way
- Children under 12 years old: Free of charge
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations more than 2 weeks prior to arrival: No Charge to credit card.
- Cancellations 2 weeks or less prior to arrival and no-shows: 1 nights tariff for each room booked will be charged to credit card.
- Early check out will be charged automatically 1 room night rate.
- Rates are subject to change without prior notice
