• Rates are in Thai Baht, and include 10% service charge, 7% government VAT.

    - Maximum 2 children permitted in Villas & Duplex Suite Two Bedrooms (1 child sleep on the sofa bed free of charge, and 1 child sleep in extra bed)
  • Children under 12 years are entitled to 50% discount on all meal rates.
  • Children above 12 years will be considered as adults and will be charged the same rate.
• Airport transfer:
  • Roundtrip airport transfer is included, EXCEPT during Peak Season (23rd Dec '07 - 05 Jan '08).
  • During Peak Season, rate for airport transfer is THB 1,000.-net per vehicle per way, maximum 4 persons. Roundtrip airport transfer rate is THB 2,000.-net.
• Meal Rates: (valid until 31 Mar '08, net prices)
  • Buffet Breakfast: 900 Baht per person per day.
  • A la Carte Lunch: 1,000 Baht per person per day.
  • A la Carte Dinner: 1,300 Baht per person per day.
• Check-in time: 2.00 p.m.; Check-out time: 12.00 noon.
• Credit cards honoured: Amex, Visa, Diners Club, Master Card and JCB.
• In the event of no-show the resort reserves the right to charge a fee equal to the full stay.

• Free use of tennis, squash, gym and other water sport facilities (non-motorized).

Long Stay Benefits
All bookings of 10 consecutive paid nights will receive additional free nights as follows:

• In Shoulder Season (06 Jan - 31 Mar and 06 Sep - 15 Oct):
  Each stay of 10 consecutive paid nights will receive 2 extra nights free on room include breakfast.
• In Low Season (20 Apr - 21 Jul and 16 Oct - 22 Dec):
  Each stay of 10 consecutive paid nights will receive 3 extra nights free on room include breakfast.

Remark:
Honeymoon & Wedding Anniversaries and Long Stay Benefits are non-combinable.
