Special Internet Rates Terms & Conditions:
- Rates are for double occupancy including full buffet breakfast, excepting the Santhiya Grand Villa, rates are quoted for up to 4 persons.
- Extra person charge: (will be using the provided sofa bed).
- Adult: 2,000 Baht per person per night, include breakfast.
- Child (4-12 yrs): 1,000 Baht per child per night, include breakfast.
- No charge for child under 4 years old.
- Maximum occupation for any type of accommodation is 3 persons excepting the Santhiya Grand Villa which can accommodate up to 6 persons.
Transfers:
- Roundtrip transfer service Samui-Santhiya-Samui will be charged 2,000 Baht per person - details below.
- Local transfer: hotel to/from Ko Phangan pier free of charge on arrival and checkout.
- Full Moon Party from Santhiya-Haadrin-Santhiya by speed boat (10pm - 3am) 1,000 Baht per person roundtrip.
- Half Moon Party from Santhiya-Bantai-Santhiya by van (10pm - 3am) 600 Baht per person roundtrip.
