At Sandalwood restaurant we also offer the opportunity to learn how to create authentic Thai dishes so that you can enjoy the flavours of your trip when you return home.

Courses are available for complete beginners, as well as those who are already familiar with Thai cookery and require advanced level training. The classes can be taken on a one-on-one basis or in small groups of up to four persons.

Every student will have the chance to choose what they want to cook (so you can create your favourite dish from your stay). And the lessons even start with a trip to the local market accompanied by our chef who will show you how to pick the best herbs and spices available in Thailand. You will also be shown alternative ingredients to use in Thai dishes that will be more readily available in supermarkets when you return home.
