Rates are per room, quoted in Baht and inclusive of 10% service charge and 7% Government tax.

Terms and Conditions:
- Rates are net, inclusive of 10% service charge and 7% VAT.
- Rates include American breakfast.
- There is no charge for a child (under 12 year-old) sharing room with adults without extra bed, however, a compulsory breakfast charge of Baht 250.- per child per day will apply.
- Baby cot is available on request and is free of charge.
- A half board meal (lunch or dinner) is at Baht 400.- per person per day.
- Room used from 12:00 - 18:00 hrs on departure date will be charged 50% of the room rate.
- Transfer rate: to any destination on Koh Samui is at Baht 200.- per person.
