Terms and Conditions:
- All rates quoted in local Thai Baht and include 7% government VAT tax.
- Daily rates include daily room service, towels, toiletries, electricity and water.
- Rates do NOT include breakfast.
- No charge for child under 12 sharing the apartment with parents unless extra bed is required.
- * extra bed: 3rd person for Deluxe room - 5th person for Family Suite
- Airport transfer 1-2 persons 300 baht, extra person 100 baht (max 500 baht).
- Late check out 5pm - 400 baht.
- Samui Beach Apartments has no compulsory dinners or surcharges.
