History and Concept :
Hundreds of millions of years ago there was one giant landmass, an island of sorts, called Pangaea. As that land mass broke apart it formed all the continents as we see them today. Much like Pangaea, Koh Samui is a collection of all continents, i.e., people from every corner of the earth bringing with them their culture, food and dining styles. Pangaea restaurant & bar features unique international and local cuisine, using ingredients and cooking techniques from every continent.

Located in the Restaurant, SALA Samui features Koh Samui’s only beachfront wine cellar. Wines from around the world will be augmented by regular tastings.

Koh Samui’s trendy new beach bar has indoor table and bar seating, and outdoor seating around the pool deck and bar, and on the beach. A variety of local and imported beers, wines, liquors and specialty drinks are served.
