The signature Fusion Style take on the traditional Green Curry, made with chicken breast rolled with a kaffir lime mousse, encrusted with potato shaves and served with a linguine and green curry shot is unrecognizable, presented in modernistic European style.
Traditional hand painted tajines grace the main course offerings alongside the latest innovations. The tapas menu has been reinvented with favourites Salt & Pepper Squid or Mini Peking Duck Rolls and vegetarian choices such as Mixed Vegetable & Poppy Seed Tempura, all ideally taken with cocktails and wine.
