Special Internet Rates Terms & Conditions:
- Rates quoted in Thai Baht and inclusive of all service charges and Government VAT, on room only.
-Occupancy Policy:
Villas and Apartments can host up to 6 or 7 persons.
However, rates are quoted for 2 persons. Add 1,200 Baht per night for each EXTRA person.
- Children Policy:
-- Children up to two years... no charge (baby cot extra 200 Baht/per night)
-- Children from 2-12 years pay... 800 Baht/per child
- For Beachfront Villas:
Located next to the beach, hotel charge 1,000 Baht extra per night.
Electricity:
Electricity is exclude in the daily rate, will be charged 7 baht per KW.
-Transfers:
-- To or from Airport: 600 Baht per person per way.
-- To or from Ferry Pier: 500 Baht per person per way.
-Breakfast: You have five different options:
-- You can include ABF in your daily rate (add 220 Baht per person and morning)
-- You can select your breafast-items (the evening before by contacting our Germany Bakery) and get it served on the own terrace to the time you plan to enjoy it.
-- You can visit one of the surrounding Restaurants and use their ABF-Service
-- You can order the ABF (as well as lunch and dinner) from the surrounding restaurants to be served on your terrace
-- You can buy the ingredients in one of the big shops and prepare your breakfast yourself (our room maids take care of washing your dishes).
- Rates above are inclusive of applicable taxes and service charges
