Special Internet Rates Terms & Conditions:
- Rates are quoted in Thai baht, per night per cottage, single or double occupancy.
- Rates are net inclusive of breakfast, 10% service charge and 7% government VAT.
- No accommodation charge for children sharing (maximum 2 persons) but breakfast is extra
- Three adults maximum per cottage. The third adult sharing ( Maximum one) will be charged THB 1,750 per night.
- Airport Transfer 700 Baht per car /one way ( Max.4 passengers)
- Rates subject to change without prior notice.
- Rates above are inclusive of applicable taxes and service charges
