Terms and Conditions:
- Rates are quoted per room per night, in Thai Baht and inclusive of service charge and Government VAT.
- Rates are based on single or double occupancy.
- Breakfast Conditions:
- Breakfast included for Beach Room, Deluxe Villa, Honeymoon Villa A and Honeymoon Villa B (Table 2).
- Rates on ROOM ONLY (breakfast NOT included) for Standard Bungalow, Superior Room, Superior Bungalow A and Superior Bungalow B (Table 1).
- Extra Person Conditions:
- An additional person (adult or child 12 years old and over) sharing the room will be charged 200 Baht per night with NO extra bed (exclude breakfast).
- There is no charge for a child under 12 years old sharing the room with parents and utilizing existing bedding (exclude breakfast).
- Maximum 3 persons per room (3 adults or 2 adults + 1child).
- Transfer Service from/to Samui Airport or Pier:
- 200 Baht per person per way for 2 persons or more.
- 300 Baht per way if only one person.
- Check-in / Check-out: Check-in time is after 2:00 p.m. and check-out time is before 12:00 noon. Requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to room availability.
