Mimosa Resort & Spa is a small, boutique and family‐owned resort; inspired by a combination of South African island-style thatched house and Thai flowers. Mimosa is a genus of about 2,400 species of herbs, shrubs and trees such as Mimosa Pudica, Rain tree and Water Mimosa.
The most curious plant in the genus is Mimosa Pudica or 'Tickle Me' plant because of the way it folds its leaves when touched, tickled or exposed to heat. Due to this unique act, people - especially children - like it. Family Happiness is the fundamental principle which Mimosa Resort & Spa follows. Moreover, the family concept in Mimosa Resort & Spa does not only count fathers, mothers and children, but also grandparents. Wheelchairs and supporting bars are here to serve both grandparents and disabled people too.
