- Rates quoted in Thai Baht and inclusive of service charge and Government VAT.
- Rates include daily breakfast for two persons in Seaview Garden Bungalow and Beachfront Room, three persons in Beachfront Family Room.
- Children under 12 yrs free of charge, when sharing room with parent.
- Hotel transfer from airport/ferry: 300 Baht per person each way.
- Check-in time is 12.00 a.m. / Check-out time is 11.00 a.m.
- All accommodations are equipped with double bed (king size), new furniture, A/C, minibar, TV, shower with hot water, safety box and private balcony.
Seaview Garden Bungalows and Beachfront Rooms come only with double bed king-sized.
Beachfront Family Room are equipped with a double bed king-sized and a single bed.
- Transfer by air-condition minibus or private car from/to Samui’s Airport or ferry will be charged 300 Baht per adult, children under 12 years old free of charge.
- Compulsory Gala dinner on 24 - 31 Dec'08 will be charges 2,000 Baht per adult and 750 Baht per child (4-12 years old), children under 4 years old free of charge.
