Oshadi Spa offers both luxurious indoor treatment rooms and an open air sala for traditional Thai or aromatherapy massage.

The large herbal steam room innovatively incorporates a natural rock formation into its design and uses a variety of herbs grown in the resort including lemongrass, prai, tamarind that is great before and/or after a massage.

Treatments include a full range of organic body scrubs, body wraps, facials, pedicures and manicures.

The attached organic juice bar is an idyllic spot to relax between treatments and has a full range of herbal teas, fruit shakes and smoothies to choose from.

Private meditation or yoga classes may be booked through the spa.

Facial Treatments - 60 minutes - 990 baht:
Tailored to suit the individuals' skin type incorporating blends of essential oils and herbs. Natural ingredients such as Thai clay and yoghurt are used to draw out impurities while extracts of Aloe Vera and banana nourish and sooth the skin.

Pedi Pamper - 35 minutes - 500 baht:
Often neglected, this package gives your feet the treat they deserve. Scrubbed, buffed and bathed in luxurious essences, you can choose for either an invigorating or relaxing experience.

Body scrubs - 60 minutes - 990 baht:
The best way to get rid of unwanted grime and scrub away dead skin cells. All scrubs include a session in a herbal steam room to prime the body for this invigorating experience.

Wraps and Masks - 90 minutes - 1,200 baht:
A session in the herbal steam room starts off the process, after which you are wrapped in your choice of delights.

Manicure or Pedicure - 60 minutes - 400 baht:
Nails are soaked, cleaned and scrubbed. Nails are then cut, shaped and cuticles trimmed.

Pedicure & Manicure - 90 minutes - 750 baht:
Discounts for both treatments at once.

Herbal Hair Treatments - 45 minutes - 450 baht:
Local ingredients, renowned for their amazing properties for healthy, lustrous hair are massaged into the scalp and hair. This is followed by a session in the herbal steam room allowing deep penetration of the nutrients into the hair follicles.

PACKAGES

Footy Fusion - 95 minutes - 950 baht:
The pedi pamper, which includes a floral foot bath, honey scrub and vanilla cream mask, is followed by a indulgent mint foot massage. The ultimate foot pampering experience.

East Meets West - 135 minutes - 1,800 baht:
The pioneers of natural health adamantly sang the praises of dry skin brushing as a means of improving circulation, eliminating toxins and sloughing away dead skin cells. After the exfoliation you are wrapped and steamed in a Thai traditional herbal wrap combined with a coconut and makrut hair treatment.
A Thai massage adds the final exotic touch.

Body Bliss Package - 165 minutes - 2,200 baht:
The experience begins in the herbal steam room before moving on for a luxurious scrub to pamper the body further. A final massage on the deck sends the body into a deep state of bliss.

On top of the herbal steam, scrub, wrap and massage, a mini facial and pedi pamper are included for the ultimate in top to toe pampering.

Spa & Massage

Spa & massage:

Massage is available in the spa area or can be taken in your bungalow.

The most basic is Thai massage which is a deep tissue pressure point based massage and is 500 baht per hour (900 baht per 2 hours).

Relaxing aromatherapy oil massage is 600 baht per hour (1,150 baht per 2 hours) and both massages can be followed by a session in the herbal steam room (300 baht) which uses Thai herbs to help eliminate toxins and stimulate the blood through inhalation of herbs such as lemongrass, prai, tamarind and magrood.

Reflexology or foot massage is 500 baht per hour and uses specific points to stimulate and create a feeling of well being.

Thai Steamed Herbal Compress is 850 baht for 90 minutes and is an ancient technique used to alleviate muscle strain, rheumatism and generally relax the muscles.
The compress is a combination of medicinal herbs in a cloth cover which is then steamed and pressed on the body.

The treatment concentrates on the specific area that requires relief, the herbs stimulating the circulation while relaxing the surrounding tissue.
