Family Policy and room configuration:
- Deluxe Suite can accommodate 2 extra guests on existing Sofa bed with additional guest surcharges
- Deluxe Pavilion can accommodate one extra bed only
- Children under 6 years may share existing bedding with parents free of charge

Booking and deposit policies:
- You may be asked to secure the booking by sending us a deposit within 3 days, the deposit is normally 30%
- The balance must be transferred into our bank account before the day of guest's arrival.
Cancellation policies:
- Cancellations 30 days or more prior to arrival date will receive a full deposit refund less a 10% admin fee
- Cancellations within 30 days of arrival date will not receive any refund
- Early check-outs will be subject to admin fee and one night charge cancellation free
- No shows will be charged 100% of the booking
- Rates above are inclusive of applicable taxes and service charges
