Harry's Bungalows is located in the north of Samui where
you can enjoy some of the best swimming conditions on the
island. This area is quieter and more relaxed than the main
tourist centres at Chaweng and Lamai. Maenam Beach is some
two kilometers to the west of Bophut on the north coast of
Koh Samui. Maenam Village is largely untouched with some of
the shophouses along the beach existing 75 years or more.
A small Chinese temple is located along the jetty. Maenam
has a smooth white beach extending for four kilometers along
a calm, scenic bay. It is a pleasant, secluded spot for swimming
and sunbathing. Sunsets at Maenam Beach are spectacular and
there is always a view of the neighbouring islands.
