- 5% already discount on the above rates(base on special internet rates)
- Rates include Continental breakfast, prepared daily by the in-villa employees
Early Bird Promotion Terms & Conditions:
- Rates are quoted in USD, per villa per night and exclusive of 10% service charge 7% tax.
- Early Bird promotion is not applicable in Prime Season, Christmas/New Year and for Bonus Night Promotion
- Booking must be made more than 6 month(180 days)
- Can not be cumulated with any other promotion

Airport Transfer:
- Private minibus or luxury car(maximum 7 persons): USD 40+ per way/car
- Airport Transfers are applicable and are charged separately from the daily rates (7% Tax applicable)

- Daily rates and Extra beds are exclusive of 10% service charge 7% tax.
- Rates are quoted in USD, on a per villa basis and for the maximum number of guests (including children) as specified above.
- Extra bed will be charged regardless of the age of the guest when occupancy is over villa allocation as specified above
- Rates above are not inclusive of 17.7% applicable taxes and service charges
