The Delight Restaurant specializes in fresh seafood caught in the
waters just off the coasts of Koh Samui and Koh Phangan. At delight
resort you can make your dinner selection and watch the professional
chef prepare your meal on the large barbeque grill. Our recommendations
for BBQ are the White fish, Butterfish, Mackerel, barracuda, Red
snapper, Shark and the King Prawns. The delight restaurant also
has a wonderful selection of traditional Thai dishes from curries
and soups to fried noodles and spicy salads.
No dinner in Koh Phangan is complete without a delectable a drink
from the bar. Delight has a wide range of alcoholic and alcohol-free
drinks. Our favorites are the mixed fruit shakes with banana and
