• Rates are quoted in Thai Baht.
• Rates exclude breakfast, unless otherwise stated (*).
• All rates are subject to prevailing government tax 7% and service charge 10%.
• The rates quoted are applicable only to Internet.
• No extra charge for child under 12 years old sharing the same room as their parents (maximum 1 child per room).
• Meal rates:
  • American Breakfast: Adult: THB 500.- nett; Child: THB 250.- nett
  • Lunch: Adult: THB 650.- nett; Child: THB 325.- nett
  • Dinner: Adult: THB 850.- nett; Child: THB 425.- nett
• Airport Transfer: THB 400.- nett per person per way.
• Check in time/ check out time:
  • Check-in time is 2 p.m., an overnight rate will be charged to guarantee check-in before 2 p.m.
  • Check-out time is 12 noon on the day of departure. Late check out is subjected to availability and will be charged at 50% room rate if check-out prior to 6:00 p.m., and after 6:00 p.m. at full rate.

Description:

• The pool and spa villa feature kind bed configuration.
• Air conditioning, colour TV with satellite channels, in-house movies, in-room safe, hairdryer, tea and coffee maker, minibar and refrigerator are all as standard.
• The bathrooms will be completely remodeled provided a new luxurious feature with refreshing rain shower.
• A new elevated concierge service will now be provided to all spa and pool villa guests, all of which is included within the rate.

The spa/pool villa rates include:

• Personalised welcome and VIP status
• Welcome fruits in villa
• In villa check-in, welcome drink and cold towel service
• Concierge style villa service and assistance
• Evening turn down service
• Choice of breakfast served buffet, in the restaurant or spa/ poolside at no additional cost
• Afternoon tea (snacks/ pastries) served spa / poolside
• Central Evening Hospitality – guests may select the beverages of their choice from our special in villa menu list which are delivered to their spa/ pool side with hors doeuvres of the day at a time chosen by themselves (between 5-7 p.m. daily)

Dear Guests,

During May and June some refurbishment work will take place on 10 villas located at the edge of the resort. The villas will be screened and are not located near the public areas, beach bar or restaurants. Little or no disturbance is expected from this work.

We would like to offer the following items on a complimentary basis
for all guests staying with us during this period:
