Terraced design & following the natural contour of the land, Constanza enjoys a gently sloping hillside aspect, only 250 metres from one of Koh Samui's most beautiful & popular beaches.
A reef situated some 150 metres off the beach affords a safe bathing environment for both non-swimmers & children, ensuring a relaxing, worry-free time for all the family. Constanza is comprised of a mix of one- and two-bedroom apartments, each apartment having its own balcony or terrace overlooking the poolside and/or gardens. All apartments are spacious & tastefully decorated - with wood fittings & fixtures incorporating local arts & crafts, which reflect the relaxing atmosphere Island life has to offer. Apartments are fitted with air conditioning, ceiling fans, cable or satellite TV, hair-dryer & mini-bar facilities.
Each apartment has a breakfast bar allowing our guests the opportunity to enjoy a light snack or beverage 24 hours a day (in the interests of safety, cookers are not fitted).
Due to our intimate size & the close proximity of Chaweng's many excellent & varied restaurants, Constanza has no restaurant, however, we do offer a full menu on a room service basis. For those guests not wishing to dine out, several of Chaweng's restaurants do offer a take-away & delivery service.
