Coconut Paradise; one of 7 exclusive Beachside projects managed
by Coconut Land and House. These houses are individually designed
by their owners but all offer traditional Thai-style living

The project has a large pool next to the tranquil beach at
Ban Tai.

in the north of Koh Samui, Coconut Paradise is one of the

The development work is located at the rear of the project
so there is very little disruption to guests.
- P1 is a Ban Tai villa located
on the beach front with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, sala, kayak
and boat ramp. It has a spacious upstairs deck and two-person
outdoor jacuzzi with stunning views overlooking the ocean.
- P2 is a Ban Tai villa located
on the beach front in front of the shared pool. It has 4
bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and spacious terraces.
- P3 is a large Luxury Ban Tai villa
located on the beachfront, it has 3 large bedrooms, lots
of outdoor living space, a private swimming pool and Jacuzzi
in the sala next to the beach.
- P4 is a luxury villa with
a view to the beach and next to the swimming pool and has
3 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
- P5 is a newly finished Ban Tai villa
with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a beautifully appointed
private Balinese outdoor bathroom.
- P8 is a luxury villa with
views to the ocean and spacious accommodation comprising
3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a separate balinese
style bath. The villa has a sala with a lovely garden setting.
Location
& Map
All of our villas are finely furnished and decorated by their
owners, all with air con systems, parquet flooring, a large
lounge, large outside terrace and fully equipped kitchens,
so that dining or hosting a small party for your friends at
home is made easy and convivial.
Additionally, we can arrange a private cook, daily housekeeping
and even fridge stocking leaving you more free time to lounge
on the beach, swim in the sea or the large swimming pool within
the project.
Baby cots or extra beds are available upon request. For your
convenience, little supermarkets, internet shops and numerous
beach bars and restaurants are located within walking distance.
For the energetic types we provide the use of a fully equipped
gym in Santi Thani just a few minutes away. As to the adventurous
ones, we can arrange elephant trekking, horse riding, island
tours, scuba diving, snorkeling as well as car and motorbike
rental.
