Special Internet Rates Terms & Conditions:
- Rates quoted in Thai Baht per room per night, for single or double occupancy.
- Rates are inclusive of 10% service charge, 7% VAT and daily buffet breakfast.
- Complimentary welcome drink and cold towel upon arrival.
- Free shuttle services are provided from the hotel to the beach between 09:00 hrs to 17:00 hrs.
- Extra bed is chargeable at THB 1,000 per night, inclusive of breakfast.
Family Plan:
- No charge for children under 12 years old occupying the same room as parents without any extra bed.
- Extra bed and meal for children under 12 years old will be 50% discount from the normal rates.
- Airport transfer: Adult 100 Baht per person each way, Children under 12 free of charge.
- Day use charge: Day use from 12.00 noon to 18.00 hours will be charged 50% of contracted room rates.

Hotel Information
Cabana Grand View Samui has now construction of apartments (same hotel) and construction of a new hotel in the neigbourhood (min.1 year). For the construction of apartments will be completed by November 30, 2008. The working time is daily from 9 a.m.- 5 p.m.
