Terms and Conditions:
- All prices are per night per room/bungalow, single or double occupancy, including breakfast
- Rates quoted in Thai Baht and inclusive of 10% service charge and 7% government VAT
- Complimentary welcome drink on arrival.
- Extra bed is chargeable at THB 1,000 per night, inclusive of breakfast.
- Family Plan:
- A maximum of 1 child under 12 years old may share the room with parents free of charge without an additional bed. Breakfast will be charged at 50% of adult rate.
- Extra bed and meal for children under 12 years old will be 50% discount from the normal rates.
- Children from 12 years old are considered as adults.
- Children up to 3 years: complimentary breakfast.
- Airport transfer:
- Airport / hotel: 150.- Baht per person per trip
- Nathon ferry pier/ hotel: 250.- Baht per person per trip
- Day use charge: Day use from 12.00 noon to 18.00 hours will be charged 50% of contracted room rates.
- Rates subject to change without prior notice.

Renovation Notice |
Dear Guests,
We regret to inform you that our hotel need to have some maintenance for the rooms and the swimming pool;
For the room it will effective on 05 Sep to 15 Dec 2007 and 01 Sep to 20 Sep 2007 for the swimming pool.
We are aware of inconveniences to the guests but we are can not wait any longer for the sake of sinoothly operation.
During the mentioned period, we afraid that it to be quite noisy and uncomfortable for the guests as there are hammering, sawing and other machine but there isn’t have any hard machine.
Once again, we are deeply sorry for this inconvenience causes.
