Ban Suriya (5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms), translated as
"The sunshine house" sits on the southern end of
Lipa Noi Beach and its untouched white sand, wonderful Angthong
Marine Park view and classic sunsets.
Ban Suriya is a contemporary style Villa with Thai and Asian
touches. Built on 3,200 sqm of land, it features superb tropical
yet uncluttered gardens. The Villa is almost exclusively pristine
white, which is in sharp contrast with the use of vibrant
colours in furniture, linens and accents. It is undoubtedly
a stylish person paradise as it offers a floodlit grassed
paddle tennis court, a 16 metres swimming pool, a fitness
room ideal for stamina work and of course direct access to
the white sand beach via an expansive front lawn.

The Villa has an eclectic mix of modern and retro furnishings.
You are spoilt for choice when considering where to relax
at any particular time of the day. The garden hammock and
lazy chairs provide a cool place to sit and read under the
shade of the many coconut trees. The expansive wooden deck
ensures you can enjoy as much or as little sun as you choose.
The upstairs lounge has an office area, as well as a more
private sun deck. The Den is the perfect area to watch TV
or keep an eye on pool happenings through the underwater window.
A modern kitchen services a unique circular round dining table
with glassed "Lazy Susan" for intimate family style
meals.
The Villa is an entertainer's dream. It is possible to enjoy
a candle-lit beach dinner, a BBQ at the Pool Bar, a garden
lunch or dinner "al fresco" at the table built around
a tree, or a stylish dinner at the round table.
The Villa has three fulltime staff that are on call 24 hours
a day during your visit and are supported by our resident
staff. We suggest you enjoy the services of one of our experienced
Thai chefs to prepare "what you want, when you want it".
