Early Bird Promotion Terms & Conditions:
- Rates are quoted in USD, per villa per night
- Early Bird promotion is not applicable in Prime Season, Christmas/New Year
- Booking must be made more than 6 month(180 days)
- Can not be cumulated with any other promotion
- Rates and other conditions are base on Special Internet Rates
- Rates above are not inclusive of 17.7% applicable taxes and service charges

Special Internet Rates Benefits & Additional Information:

- Baby cot provided free of charge
Special Internet Rates Terms & Conditions:
- Rates are quoted in USD, on a per villa basis and for the maximum number of guests (including children) as specified above.
- Extra bed will be charged regardless of the age of the guest when occupancy is over villa allocation as specified above
Airport Transfer:
- Private minibus or luxury car(maximum 7 persons): USD 25+ per way/car
- Airport Transfers are applicable and are charged separately from the daily rates (7% Tax applicable).
- Rates above are not inclusive of 17.7% applicable taxes and service charges
