Early Bird Promotion Terms & Conditions:
- Daily rates and Extra beds are exclusive of 10% service charge 7% tax.
- Early Bird promotion is not applicable in Prime Season, Christmas/New Year and for Bonus Night Promotion
- Booking must be made more than 6 month (180 days)
- Can not be cumulated with any other promotion
- Rates and other conditions are base on Special Internet Rates
- Rates above are not inclusive of 17.7% applicable taxes and service charges

Christmas 2008:
- Full breakfast (continental or cooked)
- Complimentary Chef service for lunch or dinner (Note: We have an experienced X’ Mas dinner cook)
- Complimentary even babysitting (Note: Speaks English and experienced with young western kids)
Airport Transfer:
- Private minibus or luxury car(maximum 7 persons): USD 30+ per way/car Airport Transfers are applicable and are charged separately from the daily rates (7% Tax applicable).
Special Internet Rates Terms & Conditions:
- Daily rates and Extra beds are exclusive of 10% service charge 7% tax.
- Rates are quoted in USD, on a per villa basis and for the maximum number of guests (including children) as specified above.
- Extra bed will be charged regardless of the age of the guest when occupancy is over villa allocation as specified above
