Ban Haad Sai - Villa's description
The two pavilions, each with 330 sqm of living space and
deck and courtyard area, are situated side by side overlooking
a beautiful white sandy beach with Koh Phan Ngan in the distance.
Each pavilion features 3 air-conditioned bedrooms (2 double
and 1 twin), all with ensuite bathrooms. The master-bedrooms
overlook the beach and have sumptuous bathrooms including
a secluded outdoor Balinese bath and shower.
Each pavilion has its own private access, a fully fitted
kitchen, indoor and outdoor dining areas and a large living
room equipped with all amenities. All rooms are furnished
and equipped to a very high standard. Sliding doors from the
living areas and main bedrooms open onto large teakwood decks,
ideal for dining or just relaxing. Surrounded with lush vegetation
and mature coconut and tropical trees the setting preserves
everyone’s privacy.
- Stately entrance gates from the Big Buddha Road lead into
lush gardens.
- Surrounded by a 2 metre high perimeter Concrete and Rock
wall.
- The staff house and Manager's office guards the entrance.
- Paved pathways meander through the gardens and lead to
each villa. A central pathway leads to the pool and deck
area in between the two villas.
- A sun drenched courtyard separates the three unit of each
villa and is decorated with a statue of Buddha.
- The Teakwood decks have a Dining setting for 8, two sun
lounges and a day bed for relaxing.
- A 12 metre pool is located between the villas and the
beach.
- The villas are one metre above the highest level of the
beach, providing security.
- Two wooden gates and steps lead to the beach from the
garden.
